Product Description and Application

4J42 Fe-Ni constant expansion alloy is a series of constant expansion alloys which can be matched with soft glass and ceramic with different expansion coefficient in a given temperature range by adjusting the nickel content. The expansion coefficient and Curie point of 4J42 Fe-Ni constant expansion alloy would increase with the nickel content increase . The alloy is a widely used sealing structure material in the electric vacuum industry, which is used to match the sealing with soft glass and ceramic on the production of electrical components, matching and sealing with corresponding soft glass in electric vacuum industry.
